KS1 & KS2 Teacher

I have held my QTS for six years and I am willing to teach English, Maths and Art to KS1 and KS2.

I have been teaching for 6 years and have enjoyed every aspect of it however, I have also identified the lack of support and relevance within the education system, regarding the black community. As a child, I loved learning new things and had the privilege of experiencing a rich education, one I wish the next generations to come will also experience, with my help as a Black Educator.

My aspirations as a Black Educator, for the black children I teach, is for them to succeed in knowing themselves as capable, talented and worthy learners. I aim to leave my students with long standing life skills, with a purposeful and holistic educational experience.

Tutoring young black children is very important to me because I want the next generations to come to understand and be aware of their history, ensuring there are relatable educators that they can connect with, as well as reach their true potential in any field they wish, regardless of the constraints the world has upon them.

I will be willing to travel to East and North London.
