KS1 & KS2 Teacher

I have been a qualified Teacher for over 3 years. Having previously taught Year 3 and Year 2 children, I am currently teaching Year 4 children. I have experience teaching core subjects and non-core subjects to children in KS1 and lower KS2, who are finding the subject very challenging. I am interested in teaching Maths, English writing, reading, and phonics.

I love my vocation, it allows me to be surrounded by the greatest minds in the world, young people, who are the most genuine and inquisitive thinkers you will ever meet. I enjoy the fact that every day is a fresh start and a new experience. In my current position, I am a middle leader in my school.

I became a teacher to work with our future leaders, and being present in children's lives is very important to me. I truly believe we need to invest wholeheartedly in our young people's future. I know the importance of seeing yourself reflected positively in your environment and I became a teacher to inspire our children to see themselves leading a room and garnering respect.

I would like to tutor in Lewisham, and certain areas of Bromley and Southwark (depending on the distance from Sydenham).
