I have held my QTS for 8 years

I have worked as a governess and private tutor full time for 2 years as well as delivered private tuition, taught at summer camps, volunteered at drama camp as well as worked as an au pair in Spain.

English is my preferred subject to teach however I am also able to tutor in Spanish to Y9, Arabic to GCSE and EAL support to any age. I have taught in Manchester, Spain, Barnsley, The UAE and Saudi Arabia. I have led EAL at my first school and aspire to be in senior leadership.

I see myself in every young black person who is struggling to fit in to a world that is not only not made for them, but is actively hostile towards them. It's incredibly important for me to use the skills and experience I have gained to let young black children know that it's possible to carve your own path and do what you want to do.

I can tutor in Birmingham or London until September 2020 but all tutoring after September will be online.
